Cover mailed at Fitchburg, Mass. on Aug 4, 1855 with a 3c stamp to Montreal, Canada. Cover struck with a black 10 for postage due and forwarded to Hamilton, Canada with a black 6. Cover also struck with a red "U. States" in an arched ribbon.
