On October 26, 2007, in New York, New York, the Postal Service issued a 41-cent Hanukkah stamp. Ethel Kessler of Bethesda, Maryland, designed the stamp. The stamp design was previously issued with a 37-cent denomination in 2004 and with a 39-cent denomination in 2006.
