23-cent Lunch Wagon

The Postal Service issued a 23-cent Lunch Wagon stamp April 12, 1991, in Columbus, Ohio, as part of the Transportation Series. The 23-cent rate fulfilled the second-ounce first-class rate.

Designed by Robert Brangwynne, the stamps were engraved through the intaglio press by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and issued in coils of 100, 500 and 3,000.
