Says the commanding officer in this cartoon cachet where the eyes of U. S. soldiers are diverted as two young women walk by. The serviceman's cover was sent under Free Franking and postmarked Jefferson Barracks, Missouri, March 5, 1943. One letter (2002.2035.540.2) is associated with this cover. American Art Service of Chicago, Illinois, produced this 1942 cartoon cachet.
