Description:

Letter carrier removes mail from a sidewalk collection box. The carrier was driving a Columbia vehicle to make these collections. Postmaster General Alfred Hitchcock originally purchased two Columbia Mark 3 Touring Cars for service tests in Baltimore, Maryland.
