Description:

The Third International Aviation Meet took place in Oakland, California, February 17, 18, 22-25, 1912. The Pacific Aero Club sponsored the meet, held at the Emeryville Race Track. Farnum T. Fish (d. 1978) flew official US mail each day, the total number of pieces flown being 750. Mail from the February 17 is most plentiful, and mail from the February 23 is most difficult to obtain.

This postal card is one carried by Fish on the 17th.
