The cover is addressed to Miss N. Dunlap, in care of Judge Conyngham, Wilkesbarre, Luzerne Co (Pennsylvania). The stamp is from the left pane of Plate 3. This particular stamp has a unique recutting of its frame line, with one extra frame line outside of the left outer frame line, as well as the right outer frame line taking the place of the right inner frame line.
