The person who discovered the Baltimore horizontal 10-cent bisect (object number) wrote this January 3, 1923, 'authentication' letter. In it he describes finding the stamp in 1913. He claims that this is the only known horizontal bisect of a 10-cent stamp and that is the basis for it's listing in Scott's Catalogue.
