The 4-cent Boy Scouts of America Golden Jubilee commemorative postage stamp was issued on February 8, 1960, through the Washington, DC, post office. The Boy Scouts of America organization was founded on February 8, 1910.
Designed by Norman Rockwell, the stamp was printed on the Giori press and issued in panes of fifty stamps each. An initial printing of 120 million stamps was authorized.
