Centennial of Klondike Gold Rush Issue
The Postal Service issued a 32-cent Klondike Gold Rush commemorative stamp on August 21, 1998, in Nome and Skagway, Alaska.
The stamps, designed by Howard Paine of Delaplane, Virginia, and illustrated by John Berkey of Excelsior, Minnesota, were printed by Ashton Potter (USA), Ltd., in the offset process.
